Single Room from – £59 per room per night

Double En-suite Rooms from  – £80 per room per night

Family Room En-Suite (2 adults + 1 child ) from – £90 per room per night

Twin Rooms (shared bathroom) from  –  £80 per room per night

Family Suite 4 people (two twin rooms on 2nd floor - own landing and shower room - £150

Additional persons (adults or children)  - £25 Per person per night in room 1 only

All prices include a full breakfast

Check in from 4pm to 8:30pm, check out by 10:00am (other times by arrangement)

Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly forbidden.  Guests disregarding this will charged additional nights while the rooms affected are fumigated

Malicious Damage to the property or fixtures and fitting will be charged back to the Head guest

Sorry but No pets allowed.

Children are welcome Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult in all rooms booked.

We make every effort to secure the property, however Garth Dderwen shall not be liable for any loss of property by theft or burglary or for any damage to person or property while at Garth Dderwen

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards Except Unfortunately American Express which is not accepted NB:  no surcharges on payments by credit cards.

Our room prices are based on normal occupancy (2 people sharing). . The price payable includes accommodation and cooked breakfast for the number of nights and persons stated on your booking. We ask guests to pay a deposit upon making a reservation equivalent to the charge for the first night's stay. This can be paid by cash, cheque or debit / credit card. Your booking will be completed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit. Prior to that the booking will only be regarded as provisional.

Please inform Garth Dderwen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Cancellations policy

FREE cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival your deposit will be fully refunded less any surcharge.

You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival unless we can re-let the room, in which case your deposit will be fully refunded less any surcharge .

The booking constitutes a contract between the guest and Garth Dderwen

If you fail to check in ("no-show"), or leave before your due departure date, we reserve the right to charge you for the full balance due for the whole of your booking, less any costs not incurred by us as a result of your cancellation.

In making a booking you accept our terms and conditions, and you authorize us to charge the relevant amounts as determined by the above conditions  to the credit/debit card used to make the booking.
